Dealing with Emerald was a great experience from start to finish. The customer service rep was polite, professional, and very responsive. The roofing crew was very efficient and did an excellent cleanup job. More than a year after installation they really went above and beyond to handle a service call within a day, free of charge, even though it had nothing to do with the quality of the initial installation. Emerald will definitely be our first call next time we need roofing done in Omaha.

I would give Emerald Roofing more than 5 stars if I could! We first worked with them back in 2024 when we had to have our roof replaced following a storm. They were incredibly professional and made the entire process as easy as possible. I called them again this week after we discovered that something had damaged one of our shingles and Bill had someone out to fix it the same day! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality roofing company!

I highly recommend Emerald Roofing for their prompt response and professionalism. I called 5 different roofing companies in Omaha prior to Emerald Roofing because I needed a form filled out and someone to inspect the shingles on a home we were soon to purchase for insurance purposes. All five places gave me the runaround and 2 of them simply never got back to me. Michelle Cali at Emerald Roofing was extremely helpful and understanding with the stressful situation we were faced with. She dispatched Travis to the house and he was able to inspect the roof as well as fully complete the form my insurance was asking for and get this for NO COST at all. Travis was very polite and easy to talk to. I will for sure be using Emerald Roofing when the time comes.
